30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your Outdoors Mosquito Repellent Patches. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
How to Request a Return/Refund
Contact us at hello@outdoorsfam.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, contact details, and reason for the return.
For marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon), please request through your account’s “Return” or “Chat with Seller” function, following each platform’s instructions.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all included components (unopened patch sheets, etc).
Used, damaged, or incomplete returns may be declined or only eligible for partial refund.
Return Processing
Once your return is approved, we will give you a return mailing address.
Ship the items back to us using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect order, notify us immediately at hello@outdoorsfam.com (with clear photos and your order reference). We will cover return/replacement shipping if the error was on our end.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned.
Opened or used patches (unless defective) are not eligible for return.
Marketplace-specific Notes
Shopee, Lazada, or Amazon buyers must also follow the respective platform’s return timelines and procedures, which may have additional requirements.
